This kit, aimed at children 8 years and up, is designed to be an easy way for anyone to learn balloon art. Included in the kit is 20 twisty balloons made by BSA, a small hand pump to aid in the inflation of the balloons, and an instruction booklet edit by entertainer Larry Moss containing clearly illustrated instructions for 10 balloon figures.
